TRANSFORMER :
Built and designed by STERCO, the transformer is located within the machine conforming to. International standards. Transformer primary & secondary are constructed from rolled Electrolytic copper suitable for withstanding continuously a temperature of 155° C.

HEAT CONTROL:
Machine is equipped with a specially designed adjustment feature having 8 points of Heat control by tap switch.

​

ELECTRODE DRIVE:
Reduction Gears driven by A.C. Motor provided to obtain variable speeds which ensures constant electrode speed irrespective of wheel wear.

​

ELECTRODES:
The electrode wheels are made of Copper alloys like Copper Cadmium or copper Chromium of 200 mm dia & 10mm thick.
