■ Sterco’ Thyristor controlled Precision Spot Welder Bench mounted has been a key answer to the Industry manufacturing spec-tacle, TV Picture Tube, Multi Cell Batteries, Electronic and Electrical components etc.,

■ Machine can adopt different designs of weld heads as shown. It consists of a transformer conforming to IS 4804 Part I, 1968. Air/Water cooled, housed underneath the table top of the machine. All controls are also kept clear of the table top which holds only the compact weld head. Output of the transformer is connected to the gun through leads.

■ Weld heat is controlled through thyristorised switching and operation controlled through sequence timer.
