APPLICATION

Machine is designed for welding any projection welding job e.g. Nut of Bushing to sheet, Barrel Bunks, Bombshell to Fins, Semiconductor devices, cross-wire welding etc.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

(a) STANDARD PATING AND TYPE
50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, KVA at the rate of 50% duty cycle. Other ratings available on request. Pneumatic Cylinder in -mounted directly on the upper arm.

(a-1) STANDARD THROAT DEPTH
Standard throat depth available are: 300, 400, 600, 750, 900, 1000 mm. Machines with other throats can also be supplied.

(b-1) MAINS SUPPLY
415 volts, single phase, 50 Hz.. Machines suitable for connection to 2 lines of a three phase supply. Supply cable to be provided by the customer as per recommended size.

(b-2) OPERATIONS PER MINUTES
The Machine can perform an optimum of 80 operations per minute.
