APPLICATION
The machine enables speedy welding of Tin Sheets in the manufacture of Tin containers of Black stainless steel and tin free sheets etc. etc. in the dimension range of the materials of thickness 0.2 to 0.5 mm for the cans of length 130-450 mm and diameters 52 to 132 mm at a desirable speed ranging from 5 to 25 meters per minute.

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES
Welded on construction, compact with esthetic appearance. The frame encloses the main transformer, the variable speed driving system, the control system and the wire reservoir etc. with easy access for servicing of these components.

MAIN TRANSFORMER
Specially designed class ‘F’ insulated transformer having core of high grade electrical steel, water cooled, primary and secondary coils of solid electrolytic copper of ample section, with 11 primary taps for output regulations suitable for withstanding continuous temperature rise as per I.S.S.

THE ARMS MECHANISM
The upper and lower arms are machined from quality Brass of appropriate area of cross section resulting in minimum deflection during normal operations. The upper arm actuates by pneumohydraulic cylinder which develops necessary welding force….
