WELDING TRANSFORMER:
Specially designed transformer conforms to international standards, water cooled, having core of high grade electrical steel, primary and secondary coils of solid electrolytic copper of ample section, heavy duty class ‘F’ insulation transformer impregnated suitably for withstanding continuously a temperature of 155° C is a salient feature.

CURRENT CONTROL
Transformer primary coil provided with taps brought out to tap change links for control of welding current in 8 steps from 55-100%. Tap change-links housed behind the machine door.

COOLING SYSTEM
Transformer, arms, plattens, electrodes/dies etc. are effectively water cooled. Internal water supply cooling piping is provided in the machine. Water supply of recommended flow rate, free from residue forming impurities to be provided by the customer.

INITIATION OF WELD
Welding operation is initiated by means of the operator’s foot switch connected to a low voltage safe insulated circuit.

COMPRESSED AIR
Compressed air supply of recommended flow volume at a minimum pressure of 80 PSI is to be provided by the customer.

Settable & 10 fixed programs. 4 digit counter for Counting welding operations with all other facilities of the standard control.
